Minor Surgery DES (London)

This Excel spreadsheet has been produced to help practices find out what Read terms are missing for a successful Minor Surgery claim. It is based on the v2 Minor Surgery rules shown in Clinical audit.

The rule logic alert message will work from left to right. Therefore if 2 rules are missing it displays the first missing rule. Although the actual spreadsheet will show all missing data.

NOTE: This Excel workbook is NOT the report that is submitted for claiming. That will still have to be the results of the Vision 3 searches provided below:
